Chairperson of the Representative Council

The meeting invitation is available on the official noticeboard of the Student Union. The agenda and attachments have been sent to the members of the Representative Council, members of the Board of Directors and the Student Union's office bearers on 20.11.2018.

According to Section 6 of the Rules of Procedure of the Representative Council, a member of the Representative Council who cannot attend the meeting must notify the Secretary General of the Student Union and the chairperson of his/her own representative group no later than 16:00 on the working day preceding the meeting. The chairperson of the representative group is obliged to invite a substitute member to the representative council meeting in place of the member who is unable to attend. A member of the Representative Council who is unable to participate in the work of the Representative Council may request resignation either for a fixed period or permanently by submitting a written resignation request.
