VYY's SporttiAppro will be held again on the 28th of November. There is a wide range of sports locations in the Vaasa city center that you can visit and test out.
SporttiAppro
SporttiAppro is an appro event that focuses on sports and exercise. It is organized by the Student Union of the University of Vaasa. SporttiAppro is next on Monday, the 28th of November, 2022. SporttiAppro will give you the chance to visit different sports and exercise locations in Vaasa and try new things.
In 2022, participants will have the opportunity to complete a Bronze Medalist -degree or Silver Medalist -degree. Degree will be determend by how many times you have participated in SporttiAppro.
Appro schedule
Appro time is between 10 AM and 5 PM.
Return the appro pass to VYY's check point between 4 PM and 6 PM.
You can identify VYY's checkpoint in the Rewell Center from VYY's event team's blue flag and people wearing red overalls.

Wasa up

At Wasa Up, you can try climbing with a low threshold. They offer a wide range of climbing routes for climbers of all levels.

Tennis Center

At the Tennis Center, you can try badminton, pickleball or tennis. There will also be instructors present so you can unlock the secrets of racket games.

Vaasa Bowling Association

Waasa Boxing Club ry

Waasa Boxing Club ry is a special competition and fitness boxing club founded in 2004. During SporttiAppro, you can try fitness boxing!
Waasa Boxing Club is located at Wasmove's premises in Vöyrinkaupunki.
Appro degrees
In 2022, you complete either a Bronze Medalist -degree or a Silver Medalist -degree. The degree, which you can compete, depends on the amount of times you have participated in SporttiAppro. If you have participated in 2021, you can now collect the Silver Medal. If this is your first time of doing the SporttiAppro, you get the Bronze Medal.
