The facility

The sauna facility is centrally located in the Leipätehdas building in the centre of Vaasa at Hietasaarenkatu 14, and the entrance is located in the courtyard. Depending on the use of the space, it can accommodate between 20 to 30 people, with seating for 20 at the tables and a sauna for around 10 to 15 people at a time. The room is suitable for sauna evenings, parties, meetings and other events. You can rent the facility from the booking calendar at the bottom of the page.

Note! The staircase is spiral and very narrow and therefore the space is not accessible.

Rental period and cleaning

The premises are available for rent from 16:00 to 24:00 and additional hours from 12:00 to 16:00, and from 00:00 to 04:00 must be agreed at the time of booking. Hours are charged according to the current price list. No overnight stays are allowed.

After use, the premises must be cleaned and left in good condition. Cleaning of the premises is possible on the day after use, between 8.00 and 12.00. Alternatively, the renter can order a separate cleaning service according to the current price list by sending an email to tilat@vyy.fi at the time of booking.

Signing the rental agreement

Once you have made a reservation, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your reservation. The rental agreement and the access code to the premises can be collected from the VYY Service Office (Puuvillakuja 8, 65200, Vaasa) during its opening hours, at the earliest two working days before the reservation. The rent can be paid by card at the service office or by invoice for an additional fee.

You can see the availability in the booking calendar below. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the date of use. Cancellations made after this date will be charged and it costs half of the rent, and cancellations made less than 48 hours before will be charged fully.
